Welcome to Mountain Shadow Farm

Located in the small town of Jericho, Vermont, Mountain Shadow Farm is a small farm specializing in custom made llama, alpaca, woolen and qiviut goods. Nearly all the fibers in our designs come from our own farm and a handful of other local farms in Vermont.

Qiviut yarn will be available by the end of February! We are taking pre-orders now. The yarn is of excellent quality and is guard-hair free. (If you purchased qiviut from us in 2007, this yarn is of a much better quality than was previously available.)

Unique!

All of our items are completely handmade. We start with raw fiber and have it cleaned and carded. Then we hand-spin it, hand-dye it (if not using the natural color), and hand-knit it. That's why all of our products are completely unique!
